By accessing or using the website operated by Maury's Lawn Care (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Services Description
The Site provides general information about our lawn care services. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer. Quotes and estimatesprovided through the Site, by phone, or by email are informational and are not a final contract until confirmed in writing or as otherwise agreed between you and Maury's Lawn Care. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are subject to property assessment and mutual agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and layout—is owned by Maury's Lawn Care or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for temporary caching or printing reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use.
User Submissions
If you submit information through our contact or quote forms, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to your request and to operate our business. Do not submit sensitive information (such as financial account numbers or government ID numbers) unless we specifically request it through a secure channel.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maury's Lawn Care and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or inability to use the Site, including loss of profits or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us (if any) for services directly related to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
